Holistic, modular coaching — mix and match

Health rests mainly on three pillars:

Movement, nutrition, and caring for the mind — in other words, everything that touches our psyche.

Over the years, we’ve seen how different challenges intersect. Our couples coaching often flows into personal training — and it strengthens the relationship.

We combine our knowledge and skills from medicine, sport, psychology and nutrition — and that makes us unique. “Wer alles macht, macht nichts richtig” is outdated thinking; that saying mainly serves the reputation of those who never managed to broaden their scope.

Change moves bilaterally: from the body into the mind, and back again.

WHAT CAN WE DO TOGETHER?

What makes working with me different is that I’m both a coach and a personal trainer. Body and mind are an inseparable unit. Whether you’re tackling illness or reaching for new goals, the most effective path is to look at both your psychological and physical well-being—together.

OPEN CONVERSATION & SPORT — combined

Talk with me. About your company. About the industry, the market, the competitors. About your team. About family, marriage, partnerships and friends. About the heavy stuff — legal disputes, illness. About heartfelt wishes, dreams and plans. And do it in a relaxed way — over a cup of coffee, or while training or enjoying leisure activities. If that’s what you want, I’m here for you — even for the uncomfortable things. Until 22:00 and at weekends, whenever entrepreneurs actually have the time.

Addiction Recovery Retreat — 3-Week Programme

For people with a strong bond to sport: ambitious athletes or former professionals who’ve started coping through alcohol or other substances and, ideally, haven’t (yet?) hit rock bottom — because we do not offer “detox”.

Many hospital and rehab stays can’t provide the training load athletes with addiction challenges truly need. Our 3-week programme suits entrepreneurs and athletes who can’t afford a longer time away.

  • You are, according to the “VAKC” classification, not yet in the “critical phase” — or you sense you are just entering it. (See PDF!)
  • You should be able to ride a (racing) bike, swim, and jog for at least 30 minutes without stopping. You own a road bike or can borrow one.
  • You’re willing to speak openly with psychologists, coaches, and your fellow participants.
